is it worth it to prop?

I see some sites offering prop player up to100%+ but with some really messed up rules.

I just started to own 6max. If I sign up to one of the prop sites, I will have to learn how to play very short handed and just open closing tables. I won't have the luxury to sit and play whoever, whenever etc. I won't be able to join waitlist, I will have to be playing 4 handed, cannot join when theres only 1 seat left.

On the other hand I will get all of my rake back into my bankroll.

what do you guys think is a better way to build a small roll?
